When posting issues here, in order to have the most useful responses it’s best to offer more details such as:

  • Platform (Mobile, Web, Desktop, etc)
  • Deezer Version Number
  • Deezer Version Type (Beta or Stable)
  • Operating system (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, etc)

What errors are you getting when trying to log in?

If you’re a new user, please note that you might probably now have to be a paying subscriber to use Deezer. Confirm if your country has eligibility for the Free Tier by visiting here.

If you are eligible or already a paying one, Deezer should let log you in easily.
