We are open forum and don’t have access to your account . Only you can delete your account .

How to delete your account

Note: An account with an active subscription cannot be deleted. If you have an active subscription, you must first cancel it and wait until the account reverts to the free plan. Only then will you be able to delete the account

iOS

1. Navigate to your profile icon at the top left hand side of your application
2. Select the Settings cog at the top right side of your application
3. Under Preferences, select the Account section
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Delete my account
5. You will need to confirm your identity before cancelation is complete - to receive your code click Send code. This will be sent to the email address registered with your Deezer account
6. Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email address and select Continue. You also have the option to Resend code - we recommend you check all your email folders before requesting a new code
7. A screen will appear advising you that you are about to permanently delete your account and will lose access, data and subscriptions on Deezer. You will need to select the tick box to confirm you understand, and to delete your account, select Delete everything

Android

1. Navigate to your profile icon at the top left hand side of your application
2. Select the Settings cog icon at the top right hand side of your application
3. Select Manage plan
4. Select Delete my Account
5. You will need to confirm your identity before cancelation is complete - to receive your code click Send code. This will be sent to the email address registered with your Deezer account
6. Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email address and select Continue. You also have the option to Resend code - we recommend you check all your email folders before requesting a new code
7. A screen will appear advising you that you are about to permanently delete your account and will lose access, data and subscriptions on Deezer. You will need to select the tick box to confirm you understand, and to delete your account, select Delete everything

Desktop 

1. Go to your Profile
2. Select Account Settings
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Delete my account
4. Enter your Deezer password and select Delete my account. You will receive a validation email
5. Click on the link to delete your account

Warning: Deleting your account is irreversible. You will not be able to recover it

How to delete an account created with Facebook or Google

If you created your account via Facebook or Google, you will need to use the Deezer password that was sent to you when you created your account. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it and follow the above instructions.
