Account challenges

Hi there, my children messed around with my account a while back. Thye are asking me to update payment details due to credit card expiring, but i am not able to change it. Not sure what my children did to the account, thye must uave changed some settings as i cant get into my original playlist as well. Please help!! Stephanie
