Hi, can anyone help… I’ve had Deezer for over 10 years and for some reason last week it seemed to kick me off my old family membership and asked me to re sign up with whatever options they now have. 
 

myself and mum only use this account so I re subscribed to the ‘duo’ account which pulled my account back through but it’s seemed to have detached my mums account and now we can’t access it and get it realigned back to my account. 
 

I’ve submitted a ticket but keep getting AI responses and the support system seems to take a lifetime.

 

anyone have any ideas?

According to what you said, you had a Family plan and after that your subscription expired and then you subscribed to Deezer Duo.
If your mom had a Profile account in the Family subscription and Family no longer exists, then favorite contents, recommendations, playlists and personal listening history are permanently deleted.

It was necessary to convert the Profile account into Independent account or transferring playlist to another account before leave Family plan .

Your mom probably needs to create a new Deezer account .

She probably has an Independent account and it hasn't been deleted.

 

To invite someone to your Deezer Duo subscription, you need to send them an invitation from your Deezer account. The invited person will then either use their existing Deezer account (if they have one) or create a new one to join your Duo plan. The invitation link is valid for 30 days. 

Here's how to send the invitation:
Access Plan Management: Go to your Deezer profile, then to Settings, and then to Plan Management. 
Manage Accounts: Under your current plan, select "Manage my accounts". 
Add a Member: Click on "Add a member". 
Send Invite: Choose "Send an invite" and select how you want to send the invitation link (e.g., through messaging apps, email, etc.). 
Member Accepts: The invited person needs to click on the invitation link and either log in with their existing Deezer credentials or create a new account. 
Verification: If they are using an existing account, they will need to verify that it's the correct account.

also how long does this account stay active for? If she can log in and somehow get her playlists/music sent to my account - I could then set up a new account, I assume and transfer to there? I was hoping Deezer could just add this account to my new duo plan but that doesn’t seem to be an option.. 
 

seems like a bit of a mess, no idea why this even happened in the first place.
