My subscription was canceled suddenly

Dear Deezer,

I’m Deezer customer for years, and yesterday, my acc was canceled because there were not sufficient funds on my card. Now to have my service back, I have to pay as much as 2,5 times higher price I was paying for the last couple of months. Does it possible to have my service back with the old conditions?

If it's not possible, please help me to delete my account.

You will no longer get the previous conditions, as your subscription will be terminated immediately if the payment fails.
