I created a family account and want my family to join. However one member subscribed to a duo account yesterday . Can I add him to the family and he gets his refund for his subscription . He only did it yesterday so not even 24h hour ago, but he is unable to join the family account because he already has a duo account now. How can he join the family account and get a refund for his duo?Thank you

A user who has a Deezer Duo must cancel their subscription and then they can join Deezer Family.
