Deezer family problem

Hey, 

 

The admin of the family account shared a link but it doesn't work, I have an error message. We tried several times. Someone Can help ?

I’ll shotgun some suggestions:

  • I’m assuming the shared link isn’t over 30 days old, in which case it will have expired.
  • You said you’ve tried several times, I was going to suggest the admin re-try sending the link. Maybe have them send via e-mail if they sent by text, or vice-versa?
  • Double check to ensure the link is accurate and hasn’t been clipped.
  • Are you set on having independent accounts or might a profile account meet your needs? The admin can set that up immediately from their profile.
  • Here is the link for the Family account page: Add someone to a Family account
