Dear all,
i subscribe with orange Deezer family.
I added 2 members of my family.
Few day after i tried to connect me but i didn’t remember my account login. After several Times i managed but i just had a Free access but not admin access.
at the moment my family can used it but impossible for me….and as my access was admin i can’t do nothing
is it necessary i canceled account deezer and suscribe again…??

How you mean you have Free access !?
Maybe you are you on Deezer free plan ,not on Family !?
I think you need check your Deezer subscription status !
