I wanted to ask why Deezer doesn’t offer better support for devices like Xbox and PC. I've been a Deezer customer since 2018 and have been using the Family plan ever since. One thing that really surprises me is why Deezer isn’t integrated into the Xbox Game Bar on PC, like Spotify is. It would be incredibly convenient to control music directly through the Game Bar while gaming. Not every game handles being minimized well, so a native integration would solve this issue. If Spotify can do it, why not Deezer?
Another point that bothers me is the removal of the Deezer app from Xbox. Instead of simply removing the app because it's too complicated to maintain, why not work on providing a stable and functional app? Even if Deezer isn’t used as much on Xbox, that shouldn’t be a reason to scrap the app — in the end, loyal customers like me are the ones affected.
Spotify is still available on Xbox and integrated into the Game Bar. I really don’t want to switch streaming services, but what am I supposed to do if Deezer doesn’t take action?
Will there be better support for Xbox and PC in the future? I’d love to see Deezer step up its game here.
