Queue isn't working right

If i play my playlist the order of the songs showed in the queue isn't the same as the one of the playlist and i cannot comprehend why

Hi @bruceketta !

Maybe you accidentally turned ON Shuffle mode !?

If there is a small dot under the two arrows, then Shuffle mode is ON .

If there is no dot, then it is OFF.

nono i know that, the shuffle isn't on that's the problem

it wouldn't be helpful, simply the new songs added in my playlist are not where i put them, the order in the playlist is right but the one in the queue is not

Check how is songs on your playlist organized . 

Open playlist ➡  right up corner 3 dots  ➡ Sorting :

default
recently added
A -Z song
A - Z contractor

neither, the order it's on default, i already checked


Have you tried clearing the queue by starting an album or Flow and then playing your playlist again?
Or even clearing the cache on the Deezer app?
