Page won't load.


For two days now Deezer won't load. Says 'unable to load page' at the bottom it says 'require API auth'. Can onyone  help... with easy instructions, nothing too technical if possible please.

glad to hear it. it’s a minor inconvenience (depending on your download volume), but at least you’re back up and running.

I opened on another device and it open with my login details…

If I reinstall,  will I loose all my downloads on my device?

Deezer customer support contacted me. I ended up uninstalling the app... Turning off the phone, re starting and had to re-install the app. Have to download everything again, not great but it is working now.

yes, but only downloads on that specific device, you won’t lose favorites, playlists, or any other account info.
