No sound

Good day, I'm using a Samsung A72 and for some reason Deezer goes mute for a few seconds, sometimes minutes and then starts playing again. My songs doesn't stop, only the sound does. I've tried with my other music apps and it works fine. Just Deezer seems to have this problem.

What version of Android do you have installed on your mobile? 

Could you make sure it’s updated and then follow these steps: 

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app
