I have had deezer for years and years and i have just gone onto it and all my playlists have vanished?

i would begin by resetting my password in case it has been compromised.
after that, double check that you are signed into the correct account. sign out of whatever device(s) you are using, clear the cache and data, and sign back in. restarting devices can also be helpful.
while they might be on holiday, you can also try submitting a ticket to deezer support. the link is here → https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb
