Hi I have recently upgraded to Deezer Family. My daughter is a the only member with myself as Admin. We are unable to listen to music on our devices at the same time, I thought with Deezer family all members could listen to music at the same time ? Am I wrong ? Thanks

Hey @Sharon78mason 

Does your daughter have her own account including her own credentials?
  If yes: Did you invite your daughter to the Family subscription via a link?
  If no: Did you create a separate profile for your daughter?
    If no: Why not? Otherwise you can't listen to music at the same time.
    If yes: Strange.
