How to upgrade from Premium to Family

But what if you don’t have a pc or Mac? Is it possible to do with the Deezer app on Android or iOS? This shouldn’t be an issue if I’m correct?

I think that you need log in to your Deezer account from PC/Mac in case when you can't view available subscriptions on your mobile device and you want change your subscription to Deezer Family !

I suspect it can be done without any problems on an Android or iOS device. But I wanted to mention it because not everyone has a PC or Mac anymore, only a tablet.

I agree with you that not everyone has a PC or Mac and if they can't view available subscriptions on their mobile device then they have a problem .

If you change from Family to premium, does the one that keeps the subscription  keeps all her favorites, even if she isn’t the admin?

If you have Independent Profile in Deezer Family and if admin unsubscribes you from the Deezer Family , you will  keep all your favorite content and playlists .
But if you have only Profile then you need convert an existing Family Profile into an Independent account before admin unsubscribes you from the Deezer Family .

How about payment upgrading Premium to Family?

Yesterday I was charged annual Premium fee. So if I would like to make an upgrade, annual Family fee will be reduced or I will lost my $$$ for Premium?
