I entered my payment details directly on Deezer :credit_card:

→ On deezer.com :keyboard::computer::

  1. Log into your Deezer account
  2. Click on your profile picture
  3. Click on Account Settings
  4. Click on Manage my subscription
  5. Click on Cancel my subscription
  6. Choose your reason for canceling and select Confirm

→ On the mobile app :iphone::

  1. Log into the Deezer app
  2. Open Favorites :heart:
  3. Go to Settings :gear:
  4. Go to Manage my account (My account for iOS users) :mens:
  5. Select Manage my subscription
  6. Select Cancel my subscription
  7. Choose your reason for canceling and select Confirm

I’m paying my subscription via Paypal

You can follow the same process to cancel your subscription as described above :arrow_up: 

It’s also possible to unsubscribe directly on Paypal:

→ Log into your Paypal account:

  1. Click on :gear: at the top right corner of the page
  2. Select the Payments tab
  3. Click on Manage your Automatic Payments
  4. Select the payment corresponding to Deezer Deezer
  5. Click on Cancel and confirm

 

I’m paying Deezer through my mobile provider

If you're paying for Deezer as part of a mobile phone bundle, please contact your mobile provider to cancel your subscription.

 

I subscribed to Deezer through iTunes Store or the Apple Store

In that case, you need to unsubscribe as well through iTunes or the Apple Store. You’ll find more information about the management of subscriptions via Apple on this article. You can also contact their support team if needed.

Hey @Hatgirl38 in this case what you’ll need to do is to contact our Deezer Support Team and provide the payment details you used to subscribe to that offer. 
Explain the situation to one of our agents and they will guide you and help you with the cancellations.

Hey @Larsa79 I can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled and will remain active until the current period ends. After that your account will turn into free and no further payments will be processed.

I have prepaid three months for Deezer Premium and i am totally happy but i would like to try Deezer Hifi and my subscription ends in the beggining of August.When that time comes how can i cancel it?Because when i try to suscribe on Deezer Hifi says that i am not eligible for that action...thank you very much!!!

I have cancelled my subscription months ago and no matter what I do who I email I still keep getting charged. I am a single mom N I'm broke and they keep taking money outta my so low bank account. I ha e emailed and tried everything nothing is working. Can someone please help me get my money back.

Hi @Johnny69 I have checked you account and after the 3 months period ends your account will turn back into free and you should be able to subscribe to HiFi.
However if you want to upgrade straight away, please get in touch with our Deezer Support Team and ask one of our agents if there is any possibility to do that and if they can help you (but I can guarantee anything though and you’ll might need to wait until August anyway.

I am sorry to see you go. I am soon one year on Deezer Premium with no need to cancel.

You do not listen to music? Please consider staying, Deezer is great and much is to come…

Some people at Deezer, if not all, are working around the clock to improve your Deezer.

For example soon I will leave for a Prisma store. Buy foods and sausages with drinks. This evening I will grill at the thing near our housing apartments and enjoy my summer Deezer playing loud.

There is so much you can do with Deezer, not worth the canceling ;)
