WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been trying RELENTLESSLY for over a month now to DELETE this account being that the only constant this app practices is taking money from my account every month despite my countless and tireless attempts at canceling. I am unable to navigate the website or the app because it sends me in circles. The few times I've been successful at reaching the manage subscription page....I am unable to cancel ANYTHING. On top of all that I haven't been able to locate an email for deezer let alone the actual direct chat it references on the help page. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW!

Hi @Logan Hart 

When you’re on the web site from this forum page, you should be able to see ‘Help Centre’ on the very top right of the screen. Clicking that will take you to the support section. Clicking ‘Submit a request’, again near the top right, should allow you to cancel your account and see if support can help you further. There is also often a ‘Chat with us’ section on the bottom right of the screen. Failing all that, just click this.
