subscription problem

I have paid to upgrade my Deezer subscription for the family plan so I could add my partners profile to so she doesn’t have to use the free version, but I tried to add her but it is saying I only have the premium subscription and not the family account. 
 

how do I get this sorted out? Any info please.

There are always problems with the upgrades completed at Apple. Please cancel it at Apple - you will find the link in the confirmation email. You can then go to deezer.com and book the upgrade directly with deezer.

Did you upgrade with Apple?


I’m on an iPhone 12mini so I believe so.

I’m pretty sure I did the upgrade through the app but paid for it on my Apple Pay 


Does it mean that I will have to pay for the subscription again?

If you booked with Apple, you can cancel and get a refund.
