I’ve had a Deezer account for a few years, paid directly via my Three mobile bill. I’ve just received a text message stating my subscription has been cancelled, and my account is showing as just a free account now & won’t let me reactivate my subscription. Any ideas how I can reactivate my account?

Hey @andylester1982

just about everyone here on the forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account. I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.

If your Deezer subscription has been canceled, and you are unable to reactivate it through the regular process, there are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Payment Status: Make sure your Three mobile bill payment method is active and up-to-date. Sometimes, payment issues can lead to the cancellation of subscriptions. Log in to your Three mobile account or contact their customer support to ensure your billing information is correct.

  2. Contact Deezer Support: Reach out to Deezer's customer support directly to inquire about the cancellation and reactivation of your subscription. They will be able to check the status of your account and provide assistance in resolving any issues.

  3. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, a cache or cookie issue can cause problems with your account. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or use a different browser or device to access Deezer and see if the subscription options become available again.

  4. Use Deezer Mobile App: If you were trying to reactivate the subscription through the website, consider using the Deezer mobile app (available on iOS and Android). Sometimes, the app may have different features or options that could help you reactivate your subscription.

  5. Check Deezer's Social Media: Deezer often communicates updates and known issues through their social media channels. Check their official accounts (e.g., Twitter, Facebook) for any announcements or information related to subscription cancellations and reactivations.

  6. Wait for a Response: If you have already contacted Deezer support, be patient and wait for their response. They may take some time to investigate the issue and get back to you with a resolution.

It's important to remember that if you've been using a third-party service to manage your Deezer subscription (like Three mobile bill), they might have specific processes for reactivating subscriptions that you'll need to follow. Make sure to check with the third-party service as well if the issue persists.

If all else fails, consider creating a new Deezer account with a different email address and sign up for a new subscription. However, do this only as a last resort, as you may lose any playlists or saved tracks associated with your previous account.

Always be cautious and avoid sharing personal information with unofficial or unverified sources when trying to resolve subscription issues. Stick to official channels and support systems to protect your account's security.
