Please make sure you are logged in with correct account data. If you are logged in what kind of plan is shown in your account settings?

My account has been suspended but I need the debit to put through again.  I have updated bank details if needed but it doesn't allow me to change them.  Please fix as I need my music.   Aaaaahhhhh help

If you already HAVE a subscription you can’t subscribe a second time. No need for this… 

What is the problem or what doesn’t work as it should?
