Subscription


Last payment taken on 17th April. Logged into account this morning and being asked to subscribe and no sign of my playlists and favourites. Why has this happened?

Did you have to enter your credentials? Maybe you accidentally logged in with data from an old account?

Hi @Olshansky you Premium account is active on our system with all your music on it.
​​​@dee_dirk mentioned, you might be in the wrong account.
Could you please log out (click on favourites>gearwheel> log out) and login again with the email and corresponding password of your Deezer account?
