Hi there,

I received a conversation between me and support, but i didn’t chat with support.

Hello @galpazlar that’s weird I have checked with support and there is an actual coversation between a user with your same email and them.
As absurd as it sounds I can’t suggest anything different than contact our Deezer Support Team and provide the images above so they can investigate and sort the problem.
