price increase

Yet another price increase from Deezer. Was $9.99 a year or so ago and now 13.99. I do not think the sound is much different and I am more satisfied paying $9.99 a month with the quality available. I feel the price increase is being forced on its users without a significant gain in quality.

Hey @wtarran Deezer have been changing their subscriptions for the last six months or so and now include HiFi as part of the premium package in many countries. To some people it has led to a reduction in fees, but others sadly more. The only thing I could suggest is if you want to stay with Deezer, perhaps look at the annual subscriptions to see if you could save that way.

Been with you guys for 2 years,  but a spike of 7 euros/ month for the same service is simply unacceptable. Oh and by the way, no prior e-mail sent either...this looks shady and also seems you lost quite a lot of subscribers over this unfortunate marketing exercise...

Already started a subscription with youtube music which is even lower then your previous fees from a year ago/ month...

I have recieved same email. After many years I had to quit Deezer subscription, because this price increase is to much. Now Im already on other music service and works great.

Spotify. Familly subscription costs 9.9 EUR / month. Everything is similar to Deezer, but what I really like is that I can control my Bose smart speakers per rooms in Spotify app. Before I had to go to Bose music app to listen music on smart speakers. Deezer was my first music service with subscription and it worked really well, so I wouldn’t even consider other services without this 100 % price increase..

I signed up to deezer because i was offered a subscription for £5.99 per month instead of £11.99. as soon as it goes up from 5.99 i am leaving.

I have been using deezer for about 23 years but when the price gets silly i will get gone.

It was a good 3years while it lasted but this price increase on deezer family is abnormal. This is my last month on the app.Sad I got to see the increase after billing.

    Hello Deezer,

I just got the same email casually mentioning a price change from $7.96 to $17.99, its like a 70% increase for no visible increased value. Unfortunately after 10 Plus years,  i WILL NOT be continuing with deezer after Decenber 2022.

It is really sad that I will have to leave after so many years of loyal membership. Even when Spotify became available in North Macedonia and a massive shift happened, I decided to stay. Well, from 7,49 to 17,99 EUR is really beyond any reason. Th added Hi-Fi benefit does not suffice because it was optional. I DO NOT need it.

Spotify even has preferential prices for my country and Duo plan. It is time to say goodbye.
