One Hit Wonder

I was locked out of my account, got my password reset and all my playlists have gone and also had to resubscribe when a payment was taken out on the 27th feb. Please can you tell me what's happened.

    Your subscription may have expired.
    When your subscription ends, you'll automatically go to deezer Free status. You will retain all of your subscriber information, including your favorites, playlists, etc. Once you've gone to deezer Free, you can then go to the deezer website and choose from one of the available subscription options.

    Or maybe your account has been hacked.
