payment currency is wrong

For years (since I renewed my subscription while on holiday in Canada) Deezer takes payment in CAD rather than GBP even though the country is set to UK.... Any ideas on how I can get this fixed?

    Hi @Julia Devine,  I checked your Deezer account and I noticed that in October 2018 your subscription via PayPal payed in GBP currency was canceled and in December 2018 a new subscriptions started via PayPlal but with Canadian dollars, so it might be related to the country by default on your payment account. 
    If you are living in the UK I suggest you cancel your subscription wait until the account is Free and subscribe again.

      GBP is my PayPal currency.

      I do not want to cancel as I will lose my favourites and downloads

      Can you not change the currency from your end as I have no way of doing it from mine?

      Hi @Julia Devine, if you cancel your subscription you will not lose your favorites or your downloads.
      Sorry, but to change the currency in your account you really need to do the procedures I write in the post above.
