Since you appear in the community with 2 names, I think that you have several accounts and have booked a subscription for each.

I already answered you in your first thread:


Please check which email addresses the comment notifications go to. These email addresses are probably also your account addresses. In the respective account management you should then be able to see which subscriptions have been running since when. Alternatively, support is available to you.
