I am writing to report an issue with my Deezer subscription. Despite my subscription being active, and the next payment scheduled for September 10th, I am currently unable to access any of the premium features. I am unsure why this is happening, as my payment details are up to date and there have been no interruptions in service until now.
I have attached screenshots for your reference, which show my current subscription status and payment details. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?
