Paid on 11.3.22, shown on my account yet I'm still getting ads and being told to upgrade.

Not a happy bunny because it's such a faff to get anything resolved with Deezer. 

May have to move to Spotify....and it's cheaper!

Same here, for the second time,. The first time I started a new subscription……..So I already paid double…..

 

Never had this before. I am a member for years, but ist is pretty anoying…..
