I have paid for a subscription service, but it is asking me to pay as well. Is there anything you can do to help me? It just says you have a subscription linked to this account

And please check if you don’t have more than 1 account.

It is possible that you have a second account. And that you paid via account 1 and you are logged in via account 2.
