Not able to play music anymore, even though i have premium

Just as a few moments ago, i cannot listen to deezer anymore, any song i select, i am asked to choose between deezer Hifi or Deezer Family, and it's a lot more money than the premium account. I have been using premium for more than 2 years, not any issue so far. Any body else having this problem? Heeeelp, i need music 😭🎶

Sorry about that. Could you explain the issue in a bit more detail? Have you tried reinstalling the app? Have you checked if you're logged in using the right credentials?

I have the same problem right now, I've bren on a premium subscription since the 6th of may and the music has been playing fine. I even listened earlier today and even used song catcher feature... But just now all of a sudden, when i seleecta song it tells me i need to ugrade to HIFI or Family.. And i cant play anything..!!! Help!?

How can I start hearing my music again for one day to the next is to stop playing it doesn't make sense I never had any problems
