my playlist

Hi

 

So for a few days my playlist wo t play. It days something to do with my subscription. My subscription is upto date and paid on the 24th of each month. I have a family membership and we are all the same.  We have redownloaded the app and tried all sorts.  Hoping to sort this as indont wanna go to Spotify or amazon.

Do you get any error message when you try to listen to your playlists?
Can you provide more information in order to investigate?

Yes it states problem with subscription please log out.
