My credit card was compromised around the time of.deezer plan renewal , so my account got suspended for couple of days till I got my new card 

Once activation again , family member was gone from list 

I can't rememebr how.it was created , by email or by username

I want to make sure they get their favourite music back , can you assist and let me know what it was

Every user can log in to the Deezer by entering an email address and
that is quick way to check if you have an email address associated with a Deezer account .

 

From Deezer Help center :

 

iOS Android

  1. On the Welcome page, enter an email address
  2. Select ContinueButton.svg
  3. If you are taken to the Create a password page, you do not have a Deezer account associated with that email address

    If you are taken to the Your password page, you do have a Deezer account associated with that email address

 

"I don't remember my password"

Whether you've forgotten your email, your password or both you can find your account and reset your password with these steps:

  1. Go to our password reset form
  2. Enter your email address. If you have multiple email accounts and are unsure which is the one linked to your Deezer account, enter all of your email addresses

    You will receive a password reset email from Deezer

  3. Select the link within the email to reset your password

Note: When your password is successfully updated, you will see a message on the screen

 

After you find the account, Admin can add it to Family again.
