First you need log in to Deezer with your old e-mail ,and then you can change your email adress .
(if you able log in !?)
If you able to log in follow steps below :
→ On the mobile app :
You probably created a new account by mistake and your original Deezer account has other credentials.
Click on Forgot your password? and enter the email address you used to create your Deezer account, then click on Reset your password.
An email will be shortly sent to that address, don’t forget to check your spam folder!
