    Hi Guy,

    I can understand that it can be frustrating when you can’t play any music.

    But first, we need to know more than only this:

    • Do you have Deezer Premium?
    • How do you use Deezer? Webplayer, Mac, pc, iOS or Android? And on which device?
    • And did you try another option than the one you are using at the moment?
    • Do you have the latest update?
