I got same notification in Lithuania. I think they are getting rid of free version globally and leave only paid subscription. No more free version for some reasons. I saw other mentioning from different countries Greece, Jamaica, they got same email No officials news so far why they are canceling free version though. 

Not sure why. Found a thread on Reddit with many other countries.
