No, not really, it is a personal subscription. 

A standard Deezer Premium account cannot be shared because it is designed for a single user: you can link up to three devices, but only one can be used for streaming at a time.

Deezer offers separate plans for multiple users, such as Deezer Duo for two people or Deezer Family for up to six people, to accommodate sharing.
