Hi @Teeb, at the moment, Deezer doesn't offer a specific discount code or referral program for friends signing up for premium.

However, in my opinion, the best options here are the suggestion given by our Legend @Nina Nebo or alternatively take a anual subscription.

One profile will be responsible for paying the Duo subscription .

You can set up a Duo member as an independent account with their own login details and password or as a sub profile associated to the main account .

Go to your Deezer profile  Manage my subscription DUO

I didn't know that the offer in this moment is not available in more countries . Sorry .
