Paid regular subscription for many years, now I have returned to studying and enquired about student subscription, was told I'd need to cancel existing subscription and then choose student version. Cancelled it and now very disappointed to see I do not meet student criteria to qualify for the student subscription. Reason? It appears that I am TOO OLD!
