After receiving an email email for 3 free trial, the app only offers one month.

I received an email stating that I could choose a plan for 3 months free. I wanted to try the family plan, but when I went to pay for it/add a card it refused giving me try our FAQ section. Then I went to the app to see if I could get to work from the app, but it was only trying to give me one month free. For obvious reasons I didn't put any payment info. I checked the card in question, it does foreign transactions and has money on it, and is also valid. It still hasn't worked.

Why I can't start my subscription on Deezer Premium

Why I can’t purchase a deezer premium offer? I tried with 2 debit card and it says that the purchase failed. I tried on my phone and my laptop and it says the same thing. We are unable to complete your transaction. And i tried 2 days, and same problem. I check if deezer it’s available in my country, and it is. Why should i do?

offered 50% off for Deezer premium

offered 50% off per month for a year in an email sent to me by Deezer when I try to take up the offer it will not take the payment as it says I already have had an offer. If this is the case why do you send me the offer in the first place, do you not check before you send the offer out. This is incompetence

Deezer: why don't you specify the currency for a subscription?

Edit: It’s worse than below - I have a screen clipping from a deezer webpage which states that “Deezer Premium is priced in your local currency”. This is not what they charge!***This is crazy - a deezer user’s account page - pretty sparse - specifically names the country they are in. It also shows the subscription fee, with no currency specified.It is a fair assumption for users that the currency is that of the stated country in which they live.At no point in the sign-up process is the user alerted to the fact that the subscription fee may not be in their country’s currency. Many users have commented on this obvious problem. So, there are really only two scenarios, as I see it:1. Deezer starts displaying the currency every time they show a dollar value. I would have thought this is a legal requirement. 2. Deezer continues as is, suggesting that they are happy for customers to be misled.I very much hope the first scenario is what happens. As a new user, I am happy with the service, but

New price for family account?

Dear DEAZER!today I received an e-mail, where it is written about a significant increase in the price of the family subscription. From the current price approx (10/11€ to to 17.90)And reason? Hifi audio? I don't need, I don't want.. Me and my whole family are satisfied with the current quality and price, with the new NO!If that's really the case, I'm transferring somewhere where it's still normal => SPOTIFY.Can deezer confirm for me that this will really be the case?You will lose a lot of happy customers, what moronic manager came up with this?

Bug? I cant cancel my subscription

I subscribed to deezer about two months ago. Now I want to cancel but there isnt a cancel button as there should be. The strange thing is: it says I got Deezer premium, but when I click further is says I'm enjoying the free (gratis) version and I cant cancel. I only can renew my subscription... But I already have deezer premium. My last payment was in july but I still can listen without commercials. Is this a bug? How do I cancel my subscription?

Switching From Premium To Family plan and double charge

Hi I have switched to the family plan 5 days ago. On the same day my annual fee was taken for the premium account. I have asked support to refund my premium annual fee (£107) because I am now paying monthly.
