Tried using the offer for first month free but I wasn’t allowed because of the country I am in, which is fine. Still paid for a full month, got charged and still I’m not able to move past this ad. 

Hi @Inga.Emeka, Thank you for the message and I'm sorry that you are currently without access to your plan.
I checked your Deezer account (with the email ending in icloud) and found that this account does not contain any record of payments made and for that reason it is Free.
Possibly you will have more than one Deezer account and therefore you must be logging into your Deezer Free account and not Premium as you wish.
To confirm this situation, contact our support here and send them a screenshot of the last payment invoice.
