I am also experiencing this issue but it began a few days ago when a pop-up said that the payment failed to go through so I had it updated. This did not solve the issue and it also states that I am on the free version despite being in a country where Deezer Free isn't available. Another weird thing is that I cannot cancel the subscription if it is on going I cannot tell since it just tells me to re-subscribe and the payment always fails and nor can I change it to any of the other as the option simply does not appear.
Ive tried logging in and out by it has not worked at all. Does anyone have any clarification or simple answer as to what is happening to my account?

The issue is now resolved, all service has been restored.
If you’re still having issues, then it’s definitely related to your current login session. Logging out and back in again, will force the app to give you a brand new login session and refresh your account permissions. This should resolve the issues you’re currently having.
Please note, it’s important to follow the steps to actually logout (rather than just closing the app on your phone) and then logging back in again with your username and password.

Apparently not everyone knows you shouldn’t feed Mogwai’s after midnight…
There still seems to be still some issues when using the Deezer app via MusicCast. e.g the search function does not work at the moment and when using Flow, often it stops playing after a few songs.

It seems like you might have more than one Deezer account and might be logged into the wrong one.
I suggest trying to log into your Deezer account using all your emails (even the ones you no longer use or don’t have access to).
If your Deezer account is linked to your Facebook or Google account, you can also try logging in using those methods.
