I don't know how to fix this but I do know I have been paying to use a service and can't access it. It has been like this for a while and I'm thinking about cancelling my subscription because of it. I'm losing money with this! Please help!!!!!

With a premium subscription, you can listen only on one device at the time. 

You can not listen to multiple devices at the same time, sorry!Â
