I dont have HI FI but I pay family subscription

I am using family subscription for more than year and now I realised that there is no HI FI. Please explain me why? Never used any free subscriptions with my account. I am about to cancel subscription if you won’t clearly answer me why it is not there and why others have it but I don’t.
