Maybe your offer does not include HiFi !?

Deezer's High Fidelity (HiFi) option is available in Brazil and maybe it's not included in the standard Premium or Family subscriptions, but it's offered as a separate subscription option. Deezer states that HiFi is available in most countries, but some have it as a standalone option.

Are you using the Deezer Premium, Deezer Duo or Deezer Family?

The HiFi option isn’t available with Deezer Free and in some countries. Where are you from?

@Nina Nebo is right . In Brazil HIFI is still available as a separate subscription so you won’t have it under your subscription .
