Hi, I am nail and I am contacting you because I wanted to buy Deezer premium offer the one a 5,99€ but I selected the wrong one and paid the family offer a 19,99€ and I want to be refunded and buy the one I want. I have already been charged from my bank account.
And also I noticed that even if I get charged I still don’t have access to Deezer premium. Look the Apple Pay screenshot, it show that I get charged :

Since you took out the subscription with Apple, you have to cancel it there. Simply go to the subscription overview of your Apple account. Alternatively, you will find a link to cancel the booking in the confirmation email (at the very end of the email).

However, you must revoke it. You will find a link to do this in the confirmation email from Apple.

To be honest I don’t really understand what’s going on.
Here is a list of what’s happening
- I have cancelled the subscription
- I got charged 19,99€ from by bank account
- I don’t have access to Deezer premium family as I am supposed to have access because I got charged
- I didn’t get refunded as I cancelled subscription
- I can’t get refunded because Apple say: you have no pursuance that are eligible to refund

I was afraid of that.
By canceling your subscription as normal, you have lost the opportunity for an automated refund. This means that you now have to contact Apple Support directly and explain the problem.
I think that Apple Support will then arrange a manual refund.
