I want to add my husband to deezer family, but he has a premium account that is part of his mobile phone contract. If he tries to accept the invitation, we receive the message that he should have a free deezer account in order to accept. It is not possible to cancel the premium account because it is part of the mobile phone subscription. How can we add him to family deezer? Because now we pay for family and for 1 premium account.

It might be better if your husband is the admin of the family subscription. Can he upgrade his subscription with the mobile provider?

If a new member is to be added to the family subscription, it must be a free account.

I have premium service but I factory reset my phone. When I log back into the app it tries to offer me premium service and isn't allowing me to use my premium service I already have.

On that case, you probably logged with different details into another account. The best thing to do is to contact our Customer Care Team, they can help you with that.🙇🏽
