Family Subscription - stopped by Deezer

I have had a running family subscription at Deezer and Deezer got paid via paypal on a monthly basis. They just deducted it from my PayPal account. As far as I am concerned it was working fine and all were happy.

Suddenly, this Month in March, I was downgraded to Deezer “Free” and was informed my subscription had ended. Now I received the offer to re-subscribe, but at a higher price. 16,99€ versus 14,99€ before.

I read about the price increase, but that it would only be for new customers.

I feel like being cheated on, as I was a loyal customer and always paid my bill. I feel inclined to switch service. I never got a note that my service would expire.

Does anybody else experience the same?

Hey @Mikde I am sorry to hear that.
Please get in touch with our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will check your account and let you know why the subscription was terminated and if there is anything we can do.

I've got the same problem they took my payment through PayPal in the beginning of March but been down graded from family plan to free. I have tried to send a message to deezer support team and got a message that I don't have permission and I'm logged in. Really not impressed with this type of service.
