Just about everyone here on the forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and not deezer admin, and therefore do not have access to your account. I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.

In the meantime, as we don’t know how, with whom, or any other information about the subscription, offering suggestions is difficult. We also don’t know what troubleshooting steps you’ve taken thus far.
