Hello Deezer admin,
I signed up for a one-year Deezer Premium trial running through 27 December 2023, at £7.99 pcm. Your Deezer app is now forcing me to cancel this trial prematurely, putting up the price to £14.99 pcm from 28 August 2023.
What is going on, Deezer folks, and can you put me back on the trial, please?

Just about everyone here on the forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and not deezer admin, and therefore do not have access to your account. I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.

In the meantime, as we don’t know how, with whom, or any other information about the subscription, offering suggestions is difficult. We also don’t know what troubleshooting steps you’ve taken thus far.

Thank you Groppler Zorn, I will do that. I’m not familiar with this discussion forum, it was my first point of call. Thought it was run by Deezer itself
