I have had a premium Deezer account for the past 2 or more years. Recently from the 2 of February my account is inactive. I logged in with my email and it requires me to sign up for payment again. Is my account completely removed?

Your account still exists. However, you can no longer use Free because a subscription is mandatory in South Africa.
